The LSDA PD9200R Grade 1 Rim Exit Device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for commercial outswing doors where safety and durability are essential. Built to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 standards and UL listed for panic exit hardware, this 36″ rim exit device features a deadlocking stainless steel latch with a 3/4″ throw for reliable performance in high-traffic environments like hospitals, schools, offices, and government facilities.
Finished in US32D satin stainless steel, the PD9200R is non-handed and field reversible for flexible installation. It’s designed to pair with outside trims using conventional mortise or rim cylinders (sold separately), and its surface-mounted configuration makes it ideal for retrofit or new commercial door applications.
