Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer carrier calculated shipping across Canada.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on your location and order size.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–7 business days
Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PE, NL): 4–7 business days
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days
USA and Mexico
7–14 business days plus customs time.
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.
Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized or restricted items.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
