Secure Through-Bolt Installation

Mounting the BLP 207 creates a solid, unified defense that clamps the door face securely:

1. Position the Blockguard: Close the door and align the protector on the exterior face, centering the shield directly over the latch bolt line. Ensure the 1/4" offset clears your frame neatly.

2. Mark & Drill: Mark the exact placement of the two rear studs onto the door face. Remove the plate and drill clean through-holes straight through the door.

3. Bolt from Inside: Push the exterior studs through the drilled holes. From the inside of the building, spin on the provided washers and nuts, tightening them down firmly. Once clamped, your latch area is fully armored against forced entry.
